Yes. As of September 2025, the NOC process has been streamlined:
- There is now only one NOC form, specifically for placement changes.
- All other queries or requests should be submitted via the general ticket route or via their respective application form (OOP / LTFT / parental leave) on the PGMDE Support Portal.
