This support portal is for trainees, trainers and trusts in the NHS England London and KSS regions or any applicant, panel member or referee requiring support relating to recruitment activity supported by the London and KSS Recruitment team.

We are aware of an ongoing issue with the PGMDE Support Portal and we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. We are working with our provider to find a solution.

  How to submit your enquiry
First, select the field 'Staff group you are applying for'.

  Then choose the option below that applies to you:

  Trust users - Select 'Rotations'
Trainees - Select 'Workforce'
Applicants - Select the relevant applicant category (Dental Applicant, IDT Applicant, Medical Foundation Applicant, Medical Specialty Applicant, Pharmacy Applicant)

  Once selected, the appropriate options will appear as normal.
