Yes there is a special circumstances process in place. Further information can be found in the Foundation Pharmacy applicant handbook (https://www.oriel.nhs.uk/Web/ResourceBank).
You will need to complete the special circumstances form and submit the supporting documentation via england.pharmacyspecialcircs@nhs.net
