All study leave claims should be submitted within three months of attending the event, with the exception of resident doctors based at the Royal Free where the Trust's deadline is 60 days. Please ensure you attach all relevant receipts and proof of attendance to your claim.
Claims older than this deadline will require exceptional approval at Trust DME level in order to be processed. Please contact your Trust's Postgraduate Medical Education team for further guidance on how to proceed.
