What happens to my IAT award when I go on statutory leave?

Statutory leave such as maternity, paternity and sick leave can be taken as per the terms and conditions stated within the individual ACF or CL contracts. Where statutory leave is taken during either an ACF or CL, the time out of post will be added onto the end of the award. Your award will be “paused” and will continue again when you return to training. 


Statutory leave is funded by the employing institution.
