What information will the panel and I be provided with?

The full documentation that relates to the appeal must be made available to the panel, trainee and their representative prior to the hearing.  The evidence within the bundle does not need to be limited to the final period of training.

The bundle will include the following:

• Decision of the original ARCP panel. For Outcome 4 this will include the NTN removal report.
• The evidence considered by the original panel. If this evidence sits within the ePortfolio the panel may be given access to the ePortfolio instead of all of the evidence included in the bundle.
• The trainee’s grounds of review pro-forma and any additional evidence submitted by the trainee
• The written management case report to respond to grounds for appeal and any additional associated evidence from the School.
