ATSMs are undertaken at ST6 & ST7 level of training, it is important to choose ATSMs based on the kind of Consultant post that you are aiming to do. As a minimum you will be expected to complete 2 ATSMs during the 2-year period in order to achieve an outcome 6 and CCT.
