LaSE Healthcare Education Team provide your Grade of Training to your employer, 12 weeks in advance of your start date. This is based on either recruitment or ARCP information. If your Grade of Training is incorrect, please submit a change in circumstances form, confirming your dates in training. You may be asked to complete a CCT date calculator.
