I am trying to upload a document but the system is telling me that the file is too large. What should I do?

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 10MB.  In order to upload it you will need to reduce the file size.  

You could consider:

• lowering the resolution at which the document is scanned
• re-size the image
• create a Zip file - details of how to do this are available here
