Interdeanery Transfer (IDT) (3)

This section is dedicated to current London and KSS resident Doctors and Dentists in training wanting to IDT and is separate to the National IDT process.

I am a London or KSS Resident Doctor and have an IDT form which needs to be signed off by a Postgraduate Dean or their nominated signatory, where can I submit this document to?
