- It is advisable to use either a desktop computer or a laptop. Mac users may find some difficulty loading so it is advisable to use alternative devices.
- Check that your internet strength and speed is adequate, slower speeds mean this process will take longer.
- The preferencing page on Oriel is more compatible with the Google Chrome browser.
- Ensure you have fewer programs/tabs/windows open on your device to help speed up the process.
- Leave the preferencing page to load for a period of 20-30 minutes uninterrupted for the initial load.
- Do not refresh and click on the page when loading as this slows it down further.
