How can I defer or apply to interrupt my Foundation training?

Deferrals and Interruptions must be reviewed by the Foundation School Director and can only be for statutory reasons such as pregnancy and ill health. You first complete the attached form and return to the school here. You will then be contacted by the school to advise of the outcome and the next steps.
