Trusts are responsible for any practice re-allocations and HET should be notified if any practices withdraw so that we can manage the reasons with the AD and HoS. We would not expect practices to withdraw post 12 weeks unless by exceptional reasons. Trusts will need to reallocate trainees working with ADs and practices based on the lists supplied by HET. If there are no practices on the list supplied or there are other issues associated with the placement the trust should contact HET to support with managing this.
