My personal contact details have changed, who do I need to update?

Please ensure your employer has been notified of your change in personal details and these are updated on their ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system.

In line with your ‘Conditions of Joining a Specialty Training Programme’, you are also required to inform LaSE Healthcare Education Team of any change to your personal contact details and/or circumstances that may affect your training programme arrangements.
